In her interview she was asked....Everyone's definition of success is different. What's yours?
Success to me is having passion and doing the absolute best you can at everything you do - and feeling good about it. If you enjoy your job and are great at it, but you don't make the big bucks, you're still successful.
Follow up:
and goes on to say.
If you don't work at all, but work hard every day to provide your family with the support and guidance they need, then you're a success. It’s all about what's important to YOU. For me, it’s being balanced... working hard enough to make the money I need to do the things I enjoy but still having the time to enjoy them.
and then.....
To succeed in life, you have to...
...take risks, sacrifice your time, never take “no” for an answer, and work VERY hard.
What are the most important qualities in a leader, and do you possess them?
A leader has to be tenacious, creative, an excellent communicator, and someone that can get along well with all different types of personalities. Someone that commands respect, that is articulate, and that stands behind their word. Someone that can make decisions on their own, but looks to their team or employees for suggestions, and someone that can take constructive criticism. I absolutely possess all of these skills!
Have any previous Apprentice winners motivated or inspired you? If so, who and why. If not, what did you think of the winners?
I really liked Troy from Season one. He was not only intelligent and a great leader, but he seemed like a genuinely nice person. He got along very well with others and seemed to be very well liked and respected.
Why should you be the next Apprentice?
My education, intelligence, leadership skills and proven track record are what got me here. My hard work and determination coupled with my ability to communicate well with people is what makes me the best candidate. My instinct and sheer inability to lose is what should make me the next Apprentice!
If you could be any movie star from any era, who would you be and why?
Julia Roberts. She is beautiful and classic, not to mention incredibly versatile. She has been working very hard since a young age, and I respect that. She earned every bit of what has come her way and didn't rely on anyone else to get her to where she is.
