Brenna Mema Gethers was born October 7, 1980 is a semifinalist for the 5th season of American Idol. Brenna Gethers is from Mount Vernon, New York, and auditioned in Boston, MA. She is known for being critcized on the show for her selfish and narcissistic attitude about herself and her performance. She was eliminated after received the lowest number of votes in Week 2 of the semifinals.
