Kate Moss Kate Moss dropped her libel actions the day before the trial date was to be set, and will probebly cost her around £60,000.

Kate Moss will have to wait another two weeks to see if she will be prosecuted for drug related offences, after pulling out of the lawsuit against Channel 5, a UK TV Channel.

The station broadcast the documentary 'The Truth About Kate Moss' 15 months ago, alleging the on-off girlfriend of Babyshambles singer Pete Doherty collapsed in 2001 during a cocaine binge in Barcelona.

The film included an accusation by Naomi Campbell's former personal assistant Rebecca White that she snorted coke with Croydon-born Moss, 32, who later fell into a drug-induced coma and was revived by White.
