Kate Middleton, Prince Williams Girlfriend Refuses Bodyguard
Kate Middleton, the long term girlfriend of Prince William, has ruled out a personal bodyguard.
Although Kate Middleton is increasingly seen to be part of "The Firm, Kate Middleton remains down-to-earth about her royal connections, declining the offer of a personal bodyguard.
Despite her growing public profile, Kate Middleton is not ready to make adjustments to her private life just yet.
Clarence House has suggested that Kate Middleton should get a bodyguard husband-and-wife team.
A source told the Sunday Express:
"Kate's a bright girl and she accepts there are going to be constraints on a girl who's dating Prince William but she thinks it would be far too much to have a personal protection team,"
If the Kate Middleton and Prince William do get engaged, then Kate Middleton would automatically be entitled to the same protection given to senior royals.
