Anna Nicole Smith's son's death "suspicious"
Daniel Smith's death is now been described as "Suspicious".
Daniel Smith was visiting his mum, Anna Nicole Smith in hospital in The Bahamas. It was just three days after Anna Nicole Smith had given birth to a baby daughter when Daniel Smith died.
Royal Bahamian Police Force Assistant Commissioner Reginald Ferguson has said that another person was in the room when Daniel died, who was not a hospital staff member.
He also said that no traces of illegal drugs were found on Daniel or at the scene.
Her Majesty's Coroner Linda P Virgill said:
"I can confirm that there was definitely a third person in the room at the time of death and I do know who that person is."
The local authorities are awaiting a toxicology report to confirm the cause of death.
