Paris Hilton has now been formally charged with drunk driving, form an arrest earlier this month (click here).
Paris Hilton has been charged with two misdemeanor counts, Driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit of .08, the Los Angeles City Attorney's spokesman Frank Mateljan said.
Paris Hilton could face a maximum penalty of six months in county jail and $1,000 fine, but most first offenders are given probation and ordered to attend alcohol counseling.
I cant see how Paris Hilton could handle jail time, no make up, no cell phone.
