We have not got 110% proof, but it sure does look like Jessica Alba is having a little hanky panky ie. sex in the water with her boyfriend.
Some of the shots it even look as if Jessica Alba is not wearing a bikini.

It doesn't look like they are having sex. If they are he must be pretty bad because she looks pretty bored in most of the pictures. You can also see her top in two of the pictures. So sorry I don't buy your "she's not wearing a bikini" theory. But if make-believe is how you need to get your rocks off then all the power to you.
