Hilary Duff's stalker arrested.
A Russian teenager has been arrested in Los Angeles who reportedly wanted to kill Hollywood star Hilary Duff.
Maksim Myaskovskiy, who is 18 years old was charged and booked on Friday on suspicion of stalking and making criminal threats.
Sgt. Steve Tobias of the Manhattan Beach Police Dept said He is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday (today).
TMZ had reported that Maksim Myaskovskiy, a Russian emigre, was arrested at a hotel after he told a private investigator that he planned to kill Hilary Duff, at an event she was scheduled to attend on Sunday.
It was only a few weeks ago , 13th October, that Hilary Duff went to court to get a restraining order against Maksim Myaskovskiy.
The legal paper states that Maksim Myaskovskiy came to the United States "for the sole purpose of meeting and becoming romantically involved with Ms. Duff"
How do these nutters always get into the USA, when I travel to the USA, I get asked 500 questions. Where are you staying? What are you doing here? how long will you be here? Then I get my picture taken and finger print taken.
