Kevin Federline is also asking for legal and physical custody of the couple's children.
Close sources say that Kevin Federline will fight Britney Spears on the custody issue. In the response, obtained by TMZ, Kevin Federline is asking the judge to award Britney Spears visitation. Britney Spears has also asked for the same thing.
Kevin Federline is also asking the court to award him spousal support.
Of course he is, he has no money.. But he did sign a pre-nup, so I have no idea how the courts will do it.
One thing that is certain, it looks like it is going to be a messy divorce.
