Jessica Alba Forgives Playboy
Jessica Alba has forgiven Playboy for printing a photo of her on the front cover of there magazine.
Hugh Hefner, the founder of Playboy Magazine sent Jessica Alba a personal apology and said he would donate money to her favorite charity.
Jessica Alba had threatened to sue Playboy for the photo it had printed on the magazine which was the image of her in a bikini on the 2005 film " Into The Blue ". She said it had duped readers into thinking she was nude inside.
"In light of Mr. Hefner's personal apology for Playboy's unauthorized use of my photo on their cover, I have decided to discontinue my claims against them,"
Jessica Alba, 24, said in a written statement, she continued to say....
"This was never about money, it was about setting the record straight about something that was done without my knowledge or consent"
"What was intended as a tribute to your tremendous popularity has been misinterpreted by some as something else for which we are truly sorry since we are among your biggest fans,"
Hefner said.
"In light of Mr. Hefner's personal apology for Playboy's unauthorized use of my photo on their cover, I have decided to discontinue my claims against them,"
