Jessica Simpson is devastated that her best friend and personal assistant is moving on.
Cacee Cobb decided to move on after working for Jessica Simpson for two years.
The Post Chronicle reported that Jessica made a tearful speech..."You are my best friend. I will be your best friend forever."
They had a meal at Arnie Morton;s Steakhouse in Los Angeles on Cacee's last day.
Since then Cacee Cobb has been spotted several times with Nick Lachey, Jessica's ex.. They both have been seen recently at the nightclub in Los Angeles 'Shag'. One source said.. "CaCee's still really close with Nick and adores him."
