Well is it Lindsay Lohan being photographed with Kate Moss's ex boyfriend, James Burke today. Musician James, or Jamie as he is known to pals, planted a lingering kiss on the Just My Luck starlet in full view of intrigued onlookers in New York City's trendy meat-packing district. A few minutes earlier, the pair had emerged from a nearby hotel together.

Lindsay Lohan, who is close friends with Kate Moss, has often spoken in interviews about how the drug-troubled supermodel has been a role model for her. Former English public schoolboy James Burke , 20, publicly dumped his live-in love, stunning Australian model Jessie Leonard, for Kate in January. He was pictured with Moss on the ski slopes of Aspen, Colorado, shortly after Kate ended her relationship with drug addict musician Pete Doherty.
