Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise Have Agreed PreNup
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise have now agreed on a prenuptial agreement.
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, along with their lawyers have agreed on the new prenuptial agreement. The prenup will give Katie Holmes $3 million a year, up to $33 million, for every year that Katie Holmes is married to Tom Criuse. In addition, Katie Holmes will receive Tom Cruise's palatial home in Montecito, California.
If Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are married for longer than 11 years then the prenup contract will become void and California's community property law takes over, which will give Katie Holmes half of Tom Cruise's $400 million fortune.
A close source said...
"If she walks now, Tom will fight her for custody of [daughter Suri], and Katie can't outlast him in court," an insider told the mag. "She knows she needs to marry him to get the money to fight him for custody, if it comes to that."
Well it look like Katie Holmes will be getting married to Tom Cruise after all.
The longer she put up with his s**t the more money she gets...
