After two years on the market Britney Spears has now sold her Manhattan Apartment.
Britney Spears apartment was around 4,400 sq with three bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathroom, four-floor apartment (which also has a media room, library and terrace), sold for $4 million which was $2 million less than what Britney Spears was looking for. But Britney Spears still made a profit of $1 million about $250k for each year she owned it.
Rolling Stone Keith Richards and hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons once owned it.
