It is now known that Anna Nicole Smith died from a accidental drug overdose.
Police chief Charlie Tiger said the death had "no other criminal elements".
Charlie Tiger continued to say...
"We found nothing to indicate any foul play, there was no evidence of illegal drugs at the scene."
Dr Joshua Perper said Anna Nicole Smiths died of "combined drug intoxication" with the sleeping medication chloral hydrate as the major factor.
Dr Joshue Perper also siad initial examination had revealed no serious injuries to her body.
Prescription drugs, but no illegal drugs, were found in her hotel room, though Dr Joshua Perper would not identify them.
So there you have it, Howard K Stern did not kill Anna Nicole Smith.. well not that we know of..
