At court yesterday Britney Spears Lawyer and Kevin Federline stated their case to the Judge and the Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner Scott Gordon said that Kevin Federline should keep their sons for the time being.
Britney Spears still has not went for a drug test, nor went to the parent classes and also still does not have a California driving license.
Britney Spears was granted monitored visitation rights to see her two children Sean Preston, who is two years old , and Jayden James, who is one year old.
Britney Spears now has another hearing date for October 26th when they will go back to court and fight it out again.
All Britters has to do is 3 things... 1. Don't do drugs and drink alcohol and submit the test to prove it. 2. Go to a "parenting coach". and 3. Get a valid California driving license. These are 3 important things that being a mother she should do without a Judge ordering her to do it.
Commissioner Scott Gordon has now ordered Britney Spears and Kevin Federline aka K-Fed to court at the next hearing, set for October 26.
