Britney Spears Appears In Person At Court.


britney spears arriving at courtAfter making a personal appeal in court Britney Spears is now allowed more time with little Sean Preston who is two and Jayden James who is one year old.


Both kids will now be allowed to spend one night with their mum Britney Spears. Kevin Federline, who has full custody of the children at the moment agreed to the extra time but only if a court appointed monitor is present.


Kevin Federline's lawyer said..

"Mr Federline has always been willing to jointly parent these children, to the extent that he thought it was necessary to do so with certain conditions in place."



"He felt that he had insurances or felt confident that those conditions, at least for the time being, satisfied any of his concerns."




Lets hope Britney Spears in now listening to the judge and to the people around her..
