Britney Spears has paid off the guy who's car she hit in an out of court settlement. Who says money cant buy you out of things !!!
The judge who was hearing the case has now dismissed a hit and run charge against Britney Spears. He agreed to drop the hit and run case once the civil claim stemming from the incident was resolved, which it now has. Britney Spears still has the other count of driving without a valid license in connection with the August 6 hit and run in Los Angeles.
Britney Spears could still face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 (487 pound) fine if convicted with the driving without a license charge.
