Miley Cyrus in a new scandal, this time it is not her fault. Some asshole hacked into her cell phone and accessed her phone's memory and found a series of saucy snaps.
The hacker, who calls himself Digital Gangster, although I call him Digital Asshole as I, like everyone else cant stand hackers. The guy is reported to have downloaded the raunchy photos of Miley Cyrus posing seductively in the shower with only a wet t-shirt covering her boobs, as well as a photo of her showing off her stomach in a skimpy top.
The hacker also claims to have more pictures of Miley Cyrus, even Miley Cyrus nude pictures, which he is planning to sell. SCUMBAG...
A message board I read said..
"i have worse pictures than these, and those are prob getting sold. I saw a lot of juicy emails, but I never thought of saving them.. now I kick myself for not.. there where so many juicy emails that I read... ones with her talking to nick about the night they f*****, etc"
Dude, the FBI are on to you and you are going to jail... plus if I was Miley I would be suing the phone company.
You can also see Miley Cyrus wearing a necklace with the name "Nick J", Nick Jonas, of the Jonas Brothers band. So I looks like Miley Cyrus did date Nick Jonas.

I am not a fan of her, but I can say that she is a human, and everyone would be lying if they said they never took pics like that with their cellphones (that were never intended to be released)
