Jessica Alba hits the front page of OK Magazine, looking as stunning as ever. Jessica Alba gave birth to her first child, Honor Marie Warren on June 7th. Jessica Alba told OK Magazine...

"I didn’t scream, It was really Zen."

Cash Warren, the lucky father said..

"She didn’t make a sound,It was amazing."

Jessica Alba continued to say....

"It hasn’t totally sunk in. She dreams, she smiles, and coos and does all these things, but she hasn’t seen enough of the world yet to understand any of that stuff. So I still feel like she’s connected to the other world, or something. There’s no other way to explain it. It’s a miracle."

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren opened up in the interview, so it is probably worth going out and getting yourself a copy.

Jessica said that she had a natural birth and that the labor was more like meditation. She also said that she did some yoga breathing and was completely focused. Thats good.. most women scream there heart out..

Jessica Alba said that she has started to lose the baby weight...

"I started working out last Thursday, but for 20 minutes. I do cardio on my own. I’m doing it slow,"

"Now I’m starting to eat more healthy. Because after working out, having fried chicken and mashed potatoes is a little counteractive."
