Mary-Kate Olsen Wants Immunity From Prosecution
Mary Kate Olsen has been asked twice by U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration officers for an interview and she has still not replied.
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration who is investigating the source of Heath Ledger's drugs and medicines said....
"We have asked to interview her twice and it has not happened,"
Mary Kate Olsen was a good friend of Heath Ledger and she was the first person his masseuse called. His masseuse was the who found Australian Heath Ledger dead in his New York apartment in January from an accidental prescription drug overdose.
Investigators are in negotiations with Mary Kate Olsen's lawyers and the prosecutor's office to see if they can sort out a deal.

So the question is, what does she have to hide? she has something to hide is she is asking for immunity thats for sure.
