Hayden Panettiere has just paid a whopping $2.6 million for a new house in LA. Hayden Panettiere new house has just three bedrooms and is very close to her old house.

Hayden Panettiere said thay being a first time home owner is very exciting. She's said that she spent the entire summer shopping.

"I’ve spent the summer buying furniture."

After two years on the market Britney Spears has now sold her Manhattan Apartment.


Britney Spears apartment was around 4,400 sq with three bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathroom, four-floor apartment (which also has a media room, library and terrace), sold for $4 million which was $2 million less than what Britney Spears was looking for. But Britney Spears still made a profit of $1 million about $250k for each year she owned it.


Rolling Stone Keith Richards and hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons once owned it.

Lindsay Lohan bought the three bedroom luxury apartment in west Hollywood for $1.8 million (£1 million)and is now asking around $2.7 million (£1.5 million).


A west Hollywood estate agent said...

"It was an investment. She'll make a nice turnaround."
