Meanwhile Jessica Simpson is said to be steaming mad. The tape shows Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey engaged in a number of sex acts.

The guy that has the tape is demanding an undisclosed amount of money from Jessica or he will leak it onto the internet.. To me that is blackmail. To be honest, yes, we would all like to see it, but when something is made private then it should stay that way. If some ass-whole think he could make millions of a private sex tape, then he or she should get the ass kicked out of them.

A rep for Kim Kardashian confirms Kim Kardashian and her manager met briefly with Vivid, but says nothing was resolved. She says Kim will "continue to vigorously defend and protect her legal rights" and adds that her lawsuit against Vivid is still very much active.
