Things just don't seem to be going right for Britney Spears Just now, flopped at the MTV Video Awards and now her lawyer quits in he custody battle with Kevin Federline.

Britney Spears ex-husband Kevin Federline is fighting Britney Spears for their two sons Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James.


Britney Spears lawyer Laura Wasser, had submitted legal papers formally withdrawing as her attorney on Monday. Reports suggest that Britney Spears was a "problem client" who failed to listen to her lawyer Laura Wasser's advice.


Every one know Britney Spears has a problem, this is a girl who fired her bodyguard when she asked him to pick up her hat and he didn't.


Britters has lost it.. there is even rumors that Britney has been taking drugs. This girl is going from POP to FLOP.

Reportedly the allegations were raised at a recent hearing with Britney Spears lawyer, Kevin Federline's attorney and a lawyer from Los Angeles County Counsel. We all have heard and seen that she is out partying when she has the kids, giving them soda in a baby bottle that much that their teeth are black.


The claims have came to light as Kevin Federline battles with Britney Spears for custody of 23-month-old Sean and Jayden James who is 11 months.
