"I think it's the most hysterical thing I've ever seen in my life. My assistant and I were totally dumbfounded when we saw it. We couldn't believe somebody actually did this."

Britney was asked if she would buy it for her home and she replied...

"No thanks. They can display it somewhere, but not in my beautiful home."

Britney Spears Sculpture Giving Birth

A scultpture of Britney Spears on all fours giving birth to her son, Sean Preston, will be unveiled in April. It will be unveiled at the Capla Kesting Art Gallery and the sculpture will sit alongside a case of anti-abortion materials.


The sculpture has angered abortion activists.


Gallery co-owner David Kesting said he had received thousands of angry emails about "Monument to Pro-Life: The Birth of Sean Preston," both from pro-life activists who found it "degrading", and those who were upset at the idea of a pro-life monument.


Artist Daniel Edwards explained:

"This is a new take on pro-life. Pro-lifers normally promote bloody images of abortion. This is the image of birth."

He added:

"I admire Britney Spears. This is an idealized figure. Everyone is coming at me with anger and venom, but I depicted her as she has depicted herself - seductively. Suddenly, she's a mom."
