Well today should be the big day.. The results of Anna Nicole Smiths baby, Dannylynn Smith's father will be revealed by a Bahamian judge.


But the results of the DNA testing won't be made public, under Bahamian legal rules. And the people fighting over custody of the child Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur have been ordered not to talk about the results after the ruling.


I am sure when they come out the court building we will see who has the biggest smile on their face.


At the court it is like a circus, with load of camera crews from CNN, Channel 7, Channel 10 and Court Room TV.


Even the georgous Nicole Linsalata from Channel 7 is there...

Anna Nicole Smith had a very long motorcade to a Miami International airport, carloads of paparazzi and television news helicopters buzzing overhead. The procession was shown live on television, I didn't watch it, got a lot to do in the morning, check emails, eat breakfast, get the kids ready for school etc etc.. I will no doubt see it on the news tonight.


Despite Anna Nicole Smiths mum, Vergie Arthur trying to get her daughter in their native Texas, even though Anna Nicole Smith did not want it and Anna also hated her mum. The whole world know this, I cant under stand why this woman would try this. Anna even attacked her mum on TV


A Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida, cleared the way for the funeral when it upheld on Wednesday a lower court ruling that gave custody of the body to a court-appointed guardian for Smith's 5-month-old daughter Dannielynn.


Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in Nassau's Lakeview Cemetery, alongside the unmarked grave where her 20-year-old son Daniel is buried. God rest her sole...

Khristine Eroshevich, tell ET that Anna Nicole Smith had been running a fever in the days before her death, which reached as high as 105°. Anna Nicole Smith was given anti-viral medication and her temperature dropped below 100° -- allowing her to fly to Hollywood, Florida.


Her fever had broken by Wednesday. That afternoon, she fell in the bathroom and hit her head. She said she was feeling fine, had a meal and went back to bed.


Khristine Eroshevich says she received the call from Howard K Stern saying....

"I kept thinking maybe she isn't dead, maybe they saved her,"

"And then I talked to a person at the Hard Rock and they said it didn't look good."

Sources tell ET that back in December Anna Nicole Smith was actually found unconscious in the bottom of the pool at her home in the Bahamas. She was discovered by Howard K. Stern, her bodyguard was able to revive her.

"I don't know if it was an accident," Khristine Eroshevich says of the incident."

"Anna never talked about her actions or her feelings. In retrospect I wonder if that was a suicide attempt or if she was confused."

Footage of the final moments of Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith's life sold for more than $500,000 Thursday after a media bidding war, according to Splash News & Picture Agency, the paparazzi outlet that sold the rights to the tape.

The video shows paramedics working on the unresponsive star working on the unresponsive reality star as she was wheeled from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla. Splash News screened the videotape to potential media buyers at their Los Angeles headquarters just hours after Smith's death Thursday afternoon.


Emergency responders appear to administer CPR on two separate occasions as the TrimSpa spokeswoman was wheeled out of the hotel on a gurney, according to FOX News Channel producer Christopher Spinder, who viewed the tape.

Inquest into Anna Nicole Smiths sons death.

The Coroner in Nassau, Bahamas, is going to conduct a formal inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel Smith and witnesses will be called to testify. This will include Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K Stern.


It has now been reported that Howard K. Stern is the one who supplied Daniel Smith with methadone, one of the drugs that killed him. If you remember on one of my posts (click here) that when Anna Nicole Smith found her son dead, patients overheard Anna Nicole Smith screaming loudly and blaming someone for the death of her son.


There is a few questions that we are looking to be answered...

Could this has been Anna Nicole Smith shouting at Howard K Stern?

Did she know that he had given him methadone?

Does Howard K Stern supply Anna Nicole Smith with drugs?

Is Howard K Stern a drug dealer?

The Coroner in the Bahamas will conduct a formal inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son. TMZ has learned one of the witnesses will testify that Howard K. Stern gave Anna’s son one of the drugs that killed him.

The inquest will be held on March 26. We’re told more than 20 witnesses will be called, including Smith and Stern. A source in the coroner’s office says one of the witnesses will testify that Stern allegedly gave Daniel methadone. And we’re told that the witness will testify that Stern flushed the remaining methadone down the toilet after Daniel died.
