Yet another star arrested for DUI, Driving Under the Influence. Mischa Barton was arrested this morning at 2:36 am for driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of illegal narcotics, and driving without a license.


Not just DUI but having illegal drugs and no license, shit, I think Mishca Barton is in deep shit.


Mischa Barton was handcuffed and arrested at 2:46AM this morning and booked at 3:10AM.


Mischa Barton bad day started and was arrested on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles. Mischa Barton was in her white Range Rover.


Mischa Barton's bail amount was set at $10,000, not a lot of money for her.


It was not that long ago Mischa Barton looked like she was smoking a joint in her car.

Lindsay Lohan Officially Booked For DUI


Lindsay Lohan walked into the Beverly Hills Police Department with her lawyer yesterday afternoon, a totally different approch that Paris Hilton did and gave her self up.





The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department said that Lindsay Lohan was held in custody for about an hour around 4:00 PM, until she was released on $30,000 bail.


This was simply a routine process, as often times people arrested for driving under the influence are simply cited and released. Lindsay Lohan is scheduled to be back in court on the 24th of August.


The big question is will Lindsay Lohan be sent to jail like Paris Hilton.

Lindsay Lohan In Car Crash.

Last night Lindsay Lohan was busted for DUI.


Lindsay Lohan and her two passengers were slightly injured when they crashed into a curb in her Mercedes.

"In a press conference this afternoon about the arrest of Lindsay Lohan, cops say they found a "usable amount" of a drug they say was cocaine at the scene. Lt. Mitch McCann of the Beverly Hills Police Department would not say where the drug was found but it was "not on her person."

Police tell TMZ that 20-year-old Lohan and two other adults were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible when she lost control and crashed into a curb and trees in Beverly Hills, Calif. around 5:30 AM. After the crash, police say LiLo got into another car and was driven to Century City Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries that involved "something to her upper chest area." The two other people in her car were not hurt they said.

Officers received a 911 call about the accident and "tracked Ms. Lohan to the local hospital, where she was ultimately placed under arrest" for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs"

Misdemeanor for DUI? if this was an average Joe Blogs, would they be sitting in a jail cell right now?


So drinking and driving, crashing car, having COCAINE in the car and you are not in jail. WOW

Paris Hilton Get Jail Time Halved.



Paris Hilton has had her 45 day jail sentence halved to 23 days for a DUI and will be held separately from other inmates. This was decided for good behaviour. Ahhhh thats why she said she has changed and admitted the offence.

"This was decided because of her high profile, she will do fine if she follows the rules."

So it really looks like Paris Hilton is going to jail and will now have a criminal conviction.


It all started for Paris Hilton when she was arrested for a DUI and in January, Paris pleaded no contest. Paris Hilton was sentenced to three years' probation and had her license suspended.


In February, Paris was pulled over for driving without headlights and was found to be driving on a suspended license. So then earlier this month Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating her probation by driving on a suspended license.


So 23 days in the clink, clink, might teach her a lesson...
