Hilary Duff's new clothing range.
At first I thought what the hell is Hilary Duff wearing then I read that she is bringing out a new clothing range. YUKKK
I do think it has to be a joke though as Hilary Duff and her sister Hailey Duff were attending a Halloween Party.
Infact I do hope it is a joke as my daughter is starting to like the Hilary Duff clothes.
