In July of the same year, she attempted suicide by cutting her wrists.

On December 7, 2005, Eminem announced on Metro Detroit's "Mojo in the Morning" radio program that the two were to re-marry in 2006. The couple did indeed remarry on January 14, 2006, in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
