I believe that it has probably has been taken out of proportion and she beat him or they were having kinky sex..

I think she is right because when the collage kids go on spring break all they do is drink alcohol and usually drink far too much. I have seen them on spring break in the Bahamas and most of them have a few drinks, stand on the tables and at the end of the night they can’t handle it. If it was 18 in the US, then there would not be the need to drink and drink when they leave the US to go in vacation where the age limit is 18.
