Jessica Alba has forgiven Playboy for printing a photo of her on the front cover of there magazine.


Hugh Hefner, the founder of Playboy Magazine sent Jessica Alba a personal apology and said he would donate money to her favorite charity.


Jessica Alba had threatened to sue Playboy for the photo it had printed on the magazine which was the image of her in a bikini on the 2005 film " Into The Blue ". She said it had duped readers into thinking she was nude inside.

"In light of Mr. Hefner's personal apology for Playboy's unauthorized use of my photo on their cover, I have decided to discontinue my claims against them,"

Jessica Alba, 24, said in a written statement, she continued to say....

"This was never about money, it was about setting the record straight about something that was done without my knowledge or consent"

"What was intended as a tribute to your tremendous popularity has been misinterpreted by some as something else for which we are truly sorry since we are among your biggest fans," Hefner said.

Jessica Alba is looking for less slutty roles in films as she hates being labeled as a "Sex Kitten".

"I'll leave the slutty girl to other people and I'll play the sweet, moral girlfriend who believes in love - roles that are more interesting than playing a vixen. That's where I want to go next - a romantic comedy or something like that."

According to Jessica Alba her ideal partner would be George Clooney, but when she met him Jessica Alba told him he was old enough to be her father, so she thinks she has blown it.

"I actually told him that. That was embarrassing, but he just laughed." said Jessica Alba.

Jessica Alba is mad after Playboy said it will not remove its March issue from the top shelf. Jessica Alba claimed the Playboy is fooling readers into thinking that she is nude indside the Playboy Magazine.


Playboy's spokeswomen said.

"Playboy has done nothing wrong, so there is no reason to pull our issue off of newsstands,"

Jessica Alba's lawyers have now threatened to sue Playboy Magazine unless the issue is taken off the news stands, Jessica Alba has also demanded that she should be compensated for damage to her image.


I presonally do she how this could damaged her image, for just now it is getting her in the headlines.


The image that Playboy are useing of Jessica Alba is actually a publicity photo taken in 2005 for her movie " Into the Blue". Playboy have even superimposed a bunny logo on her bikini top.

Alba was placed on the cover after being chosen "sexiest star of the year" by its readers. She was included inside the magazine in an article on the top 25 sexiest celebrities as chosen in an online poll.
