Yeah, right, cant wait to see that happen, but according to her lawyers Paris Hilton has vowed to clean up her act.

The Sun newspaper said...

"Paris's attorneys have insisted she live like a nun."

"She has been strictly advised to stop acting like a Hollywood brat and appear more humble as they battle to keep her out of jail."

"They have ordered her to show the judge she has some humility and social responsibility if she is going to get her sentence reduced on appeal. That means no booze, no parading around in skimpy outfits. no partying."

There is a saying that a leopard cant change its spots and I am very very sure Paris Hilton wont change for good. She might change just until her jail term is over, then she will be back to normal.

RE: NOT TO INTERVENE - KEEP JUDGES DECISION

Dear Governor Schwarzenegger:

Let me first begin by saying that I grew up as a child enjoying all of your wonderful films. You really are the truly great action hero for our time. You are doing a great job in the great state of California.

I would like to bring a matter to your attention that you may or may not already be aware of due to the excessive media coverage this matter has received recently:

Paris Whitney Hilton is 26 year old American celebrity and socialite. She is an heiress to a share of the Hilton Hotel fortune, as well as to the real estate fortune of her father Richard Hilton. She provides hope for young people all over the U.S. and the world. She provides beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives. Hilton is notable for her leading roles on the FOX reality series The Simple Life and in the remake of the Vincent Price horror classic "House of Wax". In addition to her work as an actress, she has achieved some recognition as a model, celebrity spokesperson, singer, and writer.

As most of America now knows, Ms. Hilton was just charged in a Los Angeles court with DUI and sentenced to 45 days in Century Regional Detention Facility in California beginning on or before June 5, 2007.

We, the American public who support Paris, are happy that Paris Hilton has been treated like any other person and NOT like a celebrity.

Paris has been the person to be used as an example that Drunk Driving is wrong. I do not support drunk driving or condone a person being spared from DUI charges. Paris should have been sober. Paris Hilton SHOULD go to jail for this.

As depicted on Friday night's episode "Nancy Grace" on Headline News (May 4, 2007), countless celebrities have been "slapped on the wrist" for similar incidents recently. Nick Nolte, Mel Gibson, Tracy Morgan, Wynonna Judd, to name a few, were arrested and never did a day in jail after their initial arrests for drunk driving /DUI /DWI charges. Rappers Busta Rhymes and Eve still walk free after both being arrested for the same charges as Ms. Hilton just this past week.

So NOW I think it should happen, to many celebrities are getting away with it.


Singer/actress Brandy Norwood's California Highway accident, although no proof of DUI was evidenced in her accident, resulted in the death of a young wife and mother in California, yet Brandy walks free as of today, never doing any time and a woman is now dead possibly due to her reckless driving. This is another example of celebrities getting away with breaking the law.

Yet, Paris Hilton did not hurt, injure, or kill anyone or anything, she DID break the law and must pay the price.

This letter, with all due respect to you, sir, is to ask you to please let the courts decidewhat happens to Paris Hilton.

In many court rooms in the country, her mum Kathy Hilton would have been arrested for her out burst.


I hope and expect that you will understand and please consider letting the courts deal with this matter of Ms. Paris Whitney Hilton.

Paris Hilton is in jail for 45 days for violating the terms of her probation by repeatedly driving with a

"Paris disregarded everything ... and didn't care and kept driving,"

I think he is correct, Paris Hilton say that she did not know.. Shit man, if you get done for DUI, you will lose your licence or have it suspended.. she aint that stupid not to know that.


Kathy and Rick Hilton, was present in the Los Angeles courtroom with Paris Hilton, and they all looked stunned when the sentence was handed down.


Howard Weitzman, Paris Hilton lawyer said....

"I'm shocked and disappointed at the sentence by the judge,"

But Judge Sauer singled out what he referred to as the "smoking gun" – a written warning Paris Hilton received and signed on Jan. 15 after being pulled over by the California Highway Patrol, verifying that, indeed, her license was suspended.


Paris Hiltons rep Elliot Mintz, said....

"The day after the hearing, I sent an e-mail expressing my sadness over the ruling of the judge and the irrational sentence he imposed. In that e-mail I also offered my sincerest apology for any misunderstanding she received from me regarding the terms of her probation. To the extent that I have miscommunicated information I received from her attorneys......I am deeply and profoundly sorry. I told her that I assume personal responsibility for my part in this matter. I believe when stated in court that she believed it was o.k. for her to drive under certain circumstances she was being absolutely truthful. Due to this misunderstanding, I am no longer representing Paris. For the record, I have nothing but love and respect for Paris and her family. Paris is a wonderful person and does not deserve the punishment that was handed down by the court. I only wish her my best."

"I told the truth. I feel that I was treated unfairly, and that the sentence is both cruel and unwarranted. I don't deserve this"

Well darling, if you drink and drive, drive without headlight, crash into cars and drive off then you are asking for it. What about all the people who get killed by DUI drivers and drivers that should not be on the road without a licence.


Paris told Harpers Bazzar...

"I think I get in more trouble just because of who I am. The cops do it all the time. They'll just pull me over to hit on me. It's really annoying. They're like, 'What's your phone number? Want to go to dinner?'"
