Britney Spears Loses Custody Battle.

Britney Spears loses custody of her two kids Jayden James and Sean Preston to Kevin Federline. The court has now appointed Kevin Federline aka K-Fed sole custody. Mark Vincent Kaplan, who is Kevin Federline's lawyer, has reportedly said his client had reached agreement in the lengthy custody battle with his 26-year-old ex-wife, Britney Spears which will require court approval later on Friday.

Mark Kaplan said that the children will continue to live with their father but Britney will continue to have visitation rights "which may increase over time".

"Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving."

Not good news for Britney, I suppose.. just shows that she is not getting any better..

Britney Spear Court Battle Continues.

Both sets of lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are back in court fighting for custody, but Britney Spears is on the losing side. Kevin Federline's lawyer has told the judge that Britney Spears missed 8 out of the 14 drug tests the court ordered her to take. But Britney Spears excuse is that she was sleeping and that she requires at least 6 hours notice.


We did post the other day that Britney Spears actually failed a drug test.


Britney Spears also has changed her phone number several times making it difficult for the clinic to get in touch with her. Britters said that she was sick of poeple calling her and her number gettign into the worng hands.. Yeah, Britney, the clinic you mean !!

"There needs to be one number that the testing facility calls that she responds to."

Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon also said that Britney Spears can change phone, as long as everyone involved is notified.

Britney Spears Failed Drug Test.

Britney Spears has failed one of the drug tests that the court made her do. A close source to Britney Spears said that one of Britney Spears drug tests has come back positive, but the close source claims she actually passed. The close source maintains it was a false reading.


So does this mean that the close source saw Britney Spears take drugs? and then knew that she went for the test which should have came back positive?


But why would Britters do drugs and then go for a test? I know that it was reported that she did not go to 8 out of the 14 drug tests.

Britney Spears Misses Drug Test, But Buys A Mercedes.

Britney Spears lawyer was in court today with Kevin Federline's lawyer regarding the custody of their two children. It was said that Britney Spears failed to respond to 8 out of the 14 random drug tests.


But Britney Spears did find the time to buy a new 2008 Mercedes SL65 for $200,000. It is said that the Merceded SL65 is one of the fastest cars in the world and comes straight from the factory with 605 horsepower and can do 0-60 mph in close to 4 seconds. No more paparazzi following her now then... they wont be able to keep up.

Britney Spears also test drove a family and safe G wagon but decided to get the 2 seat 180mph SL65 AMG Mercedes, that does 11 mile per gallon.

Britney Spears Appears In Person At Court.


After making a personal appeal in court Britney Spears is now allowed more time with little Sean Preston who is two and Jayden James who is one year old.


Both kids will now be allowed to spend one night with their mum Britney Spears. Kevin Federline, who has full custody of the children at the moment agreed to the extra time but only if a court appointed monitor is present.


Kevin Federline's lawyer said..

"Mr Federline has always been willing to jointly parent these children, to the extent that he thought it was necessary to do so with certain conditions in place."

"He felt that he had insurances or felt confident that those conditions, at least for the time being, satisfied any of his concerns."

Lets hope Britney Spears in now listening to the judge and to the people around her..
