Police Captain Kyle Jackson has said that the allegations about Britney Spears being drugged "are being considered" but that no suspect had been identified, although it is thought to be bum boy Sam Lutfi.
Captain Kyle Jackson of the Los Angeles police department said that they are looking into it but have not launched a formal investigation yet.
Lynne Spears told the court at a hearing that she believed that Britney Spears manager Sam Lutfi had drugged Britney Spears and took control of her life.
Of course bum boy Sam Lutfi has denied this.
Sam Lutfi was served with a restraining order banning him from coming near Britney Spears, her home, or her family. It is probebly better just to beat the guy up, this would save time and money.
