American Idol Eliminations on 2nd May 2007.


At the start or American Idol, Ryan Seacrest got Simon Cowel mad..


Ryan Seacrest said...

“Once again we will be stretching this show into a full hour, and I promise no filler.”

While Ryan Seacrest was talking to the judges, Simon Cowell kept rubbing the back of Paula Abdul’s neck. Paul Abdul shouted at Simon Cowell, “I’m not your puppet,” and then Ryan Seacrest then said... “We’ve seen his puppet, you’re much prettier.”


Well Simon Cowell did not take that one lying down. He told Ryan Seacrest that he wanted an apology, but Ryan Seacrest did not give it.


After the music video in which the American Idol finalists sang “Paint It Black.” , Ryan Seacrest asked Melinda Doolittle, Phil Stacey, and Lakisha Jones to come to center stage. Ryan Seacrest then told Melinda Doolittle and Lakisha Jones that they were safe and announced that Phil Stacey would be leaving tonight. Phil Stacey gave a farewell performance of “Blaze Of Glory.”


Later on Ryan Seacrest asked Jordin Sparks, Blake Lewis, and Chris Richarson to stand up. Ryan Seacrest then told Jordin Sparks that he messed with her so much last week that he wasn’t going to do it to her this week. So he told Jordin Sparks to sit down that she was safe. What a relieve, after last week, Ryan did it right tonight.


Blake Lewis and Chris Richardson stood on stage waiting to hear the results, they professed to being best friends and said that they cant wait to go on tour together. Ryan Seacrest then announced that after 135 million votes Chris Richardson was going home. Chris Richardson gave a farewell performance of "Wanted Dead Or Alive."

American Idol Eliminations 1st May 2007.


After a great show last week, I wonder what if they can keep the spirit up.


On the show American Idol Gives Back they raised over $60 million for the charities in the US and Africa.


Tonight they will have to give it 110% as two of them will be going home tomorrow night.

Jordin Sparks

Phil Stacey
Melinda Doolittle

Blake Lewis
and

Lakisha Jones


I think Phil Stacey and Lakisha will be the ones eliminated on tomorrow nights American Idol.


I hope that Jordin Sparks shines tonight, then she will definitely win the competition.

Lakisha Jones On American Idol 24th April 2007


Lakisha Jones sang “I Believe.”


Randy Jackson said “I don’t think it was your best performance, but I did like it though.”


Paul Abdul said “Even though Fantasia hasn’t been around a long time, but she is so undeniable and wonderfully and magnificently unique, and I just have a hard time getting past Fantasia.”


Simon Cowell said “I kind of think I know what Paula was trying to say, which was that she preferred the Fantasia version.”

American Idol on 10th April 2007.


Another night for American Idol with the last eight contestants. With 4 girls and 3 boys and 1 guy who cant sing or dance left.


Melinda Doolittle, Lakisha Jones, Haley Scarnato, Jordin Sparks all fighting for a place in the final and then to try and become the next American Idol.


Jennifer Lopez has been the coach this week. Jennifer Lopez said that she was a fan of American Idol and watches it at home, she did not say who here favorite to win was though..


Melinda Doolittle sang “Sway.”


Randy Jackson said... I’m telling you, another solid performance.


Paula Abdul said... Very, very sultry. Very smooth.


Simon Cowell said... Well, it had to happen, Melinda, I didn’t like it. I’ll tell you why because that song is all about personality, and you appeared much, much older than you are.


Lakisha Jones sang “Conga.”


Randy Jackson said.... You were having the best time, having fun, you made it your own.


Paula Abdul said... First, you look lovely, but I didn’t feel it as much as Randy did. I felt it was more of a real safe Lakisha performance.


Simon Cowell said... “You were having fun, I’m not sure how much fun everyone at home would be though.


Haley Scarnato sang “Turn The Beat Around.”


Randy Jackson said... That was really karaoke for me tonight.


Paula Abdul said... It’s not a singer’s song, but it’s a fun song.


Simon Cowell said... I think you have a very good tactic at the moment Haley, wear the least amount of clothes as possible.I’ll be honest with you, you can’t do well in this competition based on your voice because there are much better singers.


Jordin Sparks sang “The Rhythm Is Gonna Get You.”


Randy Jackson said.. You got it, because you’ve got it.


Paula Abdul said... I love that you’re just so authentic, and you’re you.


Simon Cowell said... We all know Jordin you’re a good singer, I haven’t seen a progression though tonight and that’s very frustrating for me.

Contestants have been split into 3 groups, first group is , Blake Lewis , Chris Richardson and Sanjaya Malakar. Then we have Haley Scarnato, Gina Glockson and Phil Stacey. Last 3 is Jordin Sparks , Melinda Doolittle and Lakisha Jones

Ryan Seacrest goes though the first group, then the second, then the third and says they are safe.. So Jordin Sparks, Melinda Doolittle and Lakisha Jones

are safe.


Then Ryan Seacrest told Blake Lewis , Chris Richardson and Sanjaya Malakar that they were safe.. so now the bottom three are Haley Scarnato, Gina Glockson and Phil Stacey.


I still cant believe that Sanjaya Malakar is still in, and even worse he is not in the bottom three… something is wrong..


“Now, one of you is going back, who is it going to be”, said Ryan Seacrest, “after the vote Phil you are safe..”


So Haley and Gina is in the bottom two. I cant believe it…


Ryan Seacrest said… “America voted and after the highest vote this season 33 million Haley you are staying for another week, in means Gina you are going home tonight.”

It was very emotional, Gina just burst out crying… I do feel sorry for her, it should have been Sanjaya Malakar leaving..
