An inside source has said that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have passed The Dakota's notoriously tough board. The appartment is situated between 72nd and 73rd Streets on New York's Central Park West.
Close sources say that Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise got the large apartment for $25,000,000. Thats a lot of loot..
It is Located on the second floor overlooking the park, the sprawling pad boasts 12-foot ceilings, six fireplaces, a tremendous living room, dining room, and library, and a windowed kitchen and breakfast room facing the building's interior courtyard.
I will have to check it out on my next visit to NY.
