After her very public breakdown last year, Britney Spears seems to be getting her career back on track. Britney has also been working out and she now has a sexy figure. Britney Spears wore a tight silver Versace dress as she took to the stage to open the VMA Awards in Los Angeles.

Britney's first awards was for "Best Female Video" for "Piece of Me", I personally didn't like it but, what do I know. Britney said...

Britney also won "Video of the Year" and "Best Pop Video" and in her speech she said..

"I'm in shock right now! I want to dedicate this to all my fans."
