Kate Beckinsale hates cosmetic surgery.

Kate Beckinsale has said that people who have cosmetic surgery are "insecure" and "shallow".

Kate Beckinsale, who receltly satrred in the film "Click" with Adam Sandler, told the Sunday Express....

"Nothing bothers me except the connotations of being a person who would have plastic surgery."

"That implies a kind of insecurity, shallowness and thoughtlessness that I don't feel applies to me very much,"

Kate Beckinsale had to have lots of make-up on for the film, "Click", to make her appear older.

"I didn't love it. It was really hard sitting in makeup for six hours and then ending up looking worse than you are in real life. I hated looking old."
