Yet another paparazzi invading personal space, this time on Halle Berry. Evan Spiegel, Halle Berry's lawyer has now filed a criminal complaint against the paparazzi photographer who was on Halle's property. At the end of the day, these guys or girls should not trespass just to get a picture.
Halle Berry flew into a fit of rage when she saw the picture of her holding little Nahla Ariela Aubry who is four months old.

Denise Richards Not Going To Be Charged
Denise Richards not going to be charged.
Denise Richards will not face criminal charges after throwing two laptop computers over a balcony belonging to the paparazzi.
The laptops belonged to the photographers when Denise Richards grabbed them and through them off a balcony at the River Rock Casino and Hotel in the Vancouver suburb of Richmond on Wednesday, hitting two elderly women below.
The two photographer were trying to take pictures of Denise Richards and had gained unauthorized access to the set where she is filming a movie with Pamela Anderson.
Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer Peter Thiessen said it was not in the public interest to bring criminal charges.
Some times the paparazzi go a little to far, when trying to take there pictures.
Luckily the two elderly women that got hurt by the flying computers were hit on their arms only causing minor injuries.
Would you believe it that one was 90 years old and the other was 81-year-old.
