Britney Spears has a new man in her life.

Britney Spears is now reportedly dating musician, Howie Day. Britney Spears met Howie Day when she was at Promises rehabilitation centre.


The rumor has it that Britney Spears is even taking Howie Day to her cousin's wedding on June 2.

"Britney just lights up and seems back to her old self when she talks to Howie or tells people about him," an "insider" says. "She thinks he's very talented - and says he's the best kisser ever!"

Not everyone is thrilled about the romance. Britney Spears mum, Lynne, is concerned about Howie Day's past. He's been arrested twice and was sent to rehab as part of his probation.


Lynne wants Britney to be with someone outside the music industry.

The insider says..

"Howie is always on the road and exposed to influences that are discouraged in rehab."

Britney Spears has asked the media for privacy after leaving Promises rehabilitation centre after 4 weeks of rehab.


Britney Spears first checked into Eric Clapton's Crossroads treatment centre on 14 February, then left the following day. Britney Spears then checked into Promises rehabilitation centre on 19 February, before leaving the next day, and then Britney Spears re-checked herself in on 21 February. Now Britney Spears has completed their program.


Larry Rudolph confirmed her exit and said...

"Britney has been released by the Promises Malibu Treatment Centre after successfully completing their program."

"We ask that the media respects her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time."

Britney Spears Leaving Rehab.


Britney Spears is set to leave rehab this week after an "amazing turnaround".





Sources have told TMZ that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are now getting on well and are hammering out an amicable custody agreement over their two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.


Sean Preston who is one year 6 months old and Jayden James who is six months old have been staying at Kevin Federline's house since Britney Spears has been in Promises treatment centre in Malibu.


Britney Spears mum, Lynn and sister Jamie Lynn Spears have been helping Kevin Federline out.


I though it would have taken Britters months to recover.

Extra is reporting that Britney Spears has left rehab yet again. She has been in Promises Malibu since, um, yesterday, but "suddenly left less than 24 hours after entering the treatment facility."

Britney Spears has gone into the Promises treatment centre in Malibu.

"Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility. We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time."

Britney Spears spent just 24 hours in a rehab clinic, Eric Clapton's Crossroads Centre in Antigua before checking her self out then going on a mad trip. She first shaved all her hair off and then went and got two tattoo's of pairs of pink lips done.
