Reese Witherspoon's marriage is over.


The year is nearly over, but this year has been a big for the divorce lawyers..

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillipe publicist revealed the news in a joint statement...

"We are saddened to announce that Reese and Ryan have decided to formally separate. We ask that you please respect their privacy and the safety of their children at this time."




Their publicist insisted that...

"they remain committed to their family".




What a real shame, I thought they were great together.


Lets hope the divorce will be amicable for the sake of the children.
