At the hearing in Broward County Circuit Court, Anna Nicole Smiths lawyer Ron Rale told Judge Larry Seidlin that after her son Daniel's death, Anna Nicole Smith began thinking obsessively about her own death.


According to Ron Rale, Howard K. Stern told him that Anna Nicole Smith had picked a dress for her funeral...

"there's a dress Anna Nicole had, the dressmaker had been preparing a dress"

The New York Daily News reported..

"Morbid and obsessed with death, Anna Nicole Smith had picked out a dress for her own burial".

Howard K Stern's attorney got stuck into Anna Nicole Smith's mum, Virgie Arthur, for seeking possession of Anna Nicole Smith's body despite their 12-year estrangement. Krista Barth said...

"It's sad and it's sick,"

"The woman sitting away from me has never laid eyes on her daughter in 12 years and wants to take her home to Texas,"

In some ways I agree, Anna Nicole hated her mum. The person that loved her and she loved him was Larry Birkhead.


I do agree that she should be buried with her son in the Bahamas.

Anna Nicole Smith lost her son only a few weeks ago. I know your wedding day, although Anna Nicole Smiths is not legal, should be a happy day and she does look happy, but not after a few weeks of losing your child.


She should have waited a little longer to exchange vowes with Howard Stern.

Anna Nicole Smith, Bahamian investigation continues.


Bahamian Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez says that the investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smiths son, Daniel Smith will continue following the release of the latest lab results.


Authorities there received lab results from two facilities late Friday night, and police have concluded that more investigation is needed.


According to officials, the toxicology and tissue tests were conducted by two labs, including one in the U.S. used by Anna Nicole Smith's private pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht.


A source who has seen the results confirms that they showed elevated levels of methadone and Zoloft in Daniel Smith's system, similar to the findings that Dr Cyril Wecht revealed to PEOPLE last week.


Dr Cyril Wecht did say the results don't change his opinion about cause and manner of death.

"We have drug deaths in America all the time,"

"The cause of death remains clear: The combination of these three drugs killed him. As for the manner, based on what I know, it was accidental."

Anna Nicole Smith has exchanged vows with her lawyer, Howard Stern on a boat in The Bahamas but there was no formal marriage and the ceremony is "not legally binding,"


Attorney Michael Scott said the couple exchanged vows aboard a catamaran on Thursday 28th.


It is just 18 days since Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel Smith died visiting her in hospital.


Howard Stern still says he is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby.

Dr. Cyril Wecht has revealed to PEOPLE that according to the toxicology report...

a lethal combination of methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro which caused a cardiac dysrhythmia

So basically a poor combination of medicines made Daniel Smith stop breathing and he died.


Dr. Cyril Wecht got the toxicology results from National Medical Services in Willow Grove, Pa., on Wednesday.

Dr. Cyril Wecht said about Anna Nicole Smiths son, Daniel Smith...

"In my opinion it's an accidental death,"

Dr. Cyril Wecht Wecht said that because Daniel Smith was taking three drugs and not a large dose of a single drug, paired with the fact that he was celebrating a happy occasion with his mother, those factors point to a

"tragic accidental drug death."

Dr Cyril Wecht was asked why Daniel Smith may have been taking methadone, which is sometimes used to help heroin addicts end their addiction, Dr Cyril Wecht said the drug is

"a legitimate prescription drug for pain relief"

and that Daniel Smith had

"no known history of morphine addiction."

It is just a real shame and a waste of life...
