I knew this was going to come..Lucie J Kim filed a lawsuit against Miley Cyrus over the recent picture scandal, in which Miley Cyrus, the Hannah Montana star appeared to mock Asians.
The alleged money grabber Lucie J Kim filed the lawsuit at LA County Superior Court on Wednesday against, after photos leaked last week of Miley Cyrus and a group of male pals pulling on their eyes.
Lucie Kim claims to represent more than one million Asian Pacific people who live in Los Angeles County and is seeking $4,000 for each of them. This is the minimum damages for a civil rights violation but addes up to a whopping $4 billion. I am sorry, but I cannot see how she can justify this. I bet most people dont really give a shit what Miley Cyrus does. But I bet Lucie Kim has nothhig else to do and is in need of some quick cash.
In the documents filed Lucie Kim claims that when Miley Cyrus posed for the photo, she....
"knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ."
