Jessica Alba is one of the hottest women in the world, but when she looks in the mirror she sees sokmething totally different.

"I never feel sexy, I never do, and that's the truth."

I have no idea why she feels like that, maybe wonderboy Cash Warren is not telling her enough or even not at all.

"I'm always wondering when my next break is. I want to call home and talk to my hubby or talk to my friends or check on my daughter. I'm never thinking I'm sexy."

I did see thather new movie "The Killer Inside Me", yeah say's every guy in the world, is meant to have a sexy scene in it, but I have not seen it yet.

Jessica also says that she does not want her daughter, Honor, to go into showbusiness.

"I wore a girdle. Eight weeks after my girlfriend had her baby, you could see her six-pack. She told me to put an elastic band around my waist - any kind of band or girdle works. I didn't recover as fast as she did. I don't have a six-pack - that's just not my body at all."

Either way, with or without a girdle most guys would still think Jessica is one of the most beautiful girls in the world. A least Jessica has admitted it and has nothing to hid about wearing a girdle and she said that she hated working out at the gym after having the little one. She said...

"The workouts were horrible - I cried. And I haven't worked out since."

Jessica told Elle Magazine that the easiest part of having Honor Marie was the labour....

"Contractions aren't that bad. If you've ever had bad cramps? That's what they're like. But that moment when they put the baby on your chest - that's deep. It's a deep experience."

"I didn’t scream, It was really Zen."

Cash Warren, the lucky father said..

"She didn’t make a sound,It was amazing."

Jessica Alba continued to say....

"It hasn’t totally sunk in. She dreams, she smiles, and coos and does all these things, but she hasn’t seen enough of the world yet to understand any of that stuff. So I still feel like she’s connected to the other world, or something. There’s no other way to explain it. It’s a miracle."

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren opened up in the interview, so it is probably worth going out and getting yourself a copy.

Jessica said that she had a natural birth and that the labor was more like meditation. She also said that she did some yoga breathing and was completely focused. Thats good.. most women scream there heart out..

Jessica Alba said that she has started to lose the baby weight...

"I started working out last Thursday, but for 20 minutes. I do cardio on my own. I’m doing it slow,"

"Now I’m starting to eat more healthy. Because after working out, having fried chicken and mashed potatoes is a little counteractive."

Jessica Alba gave birth to a beautiful baby girl over the weekend. It is reported that Jessica Alba gave birth at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles.


Jessica Alba, the Fantastic 4 star, married the father of the baby Cash Warren three weeks ago in a quiet ceremony at the Beverly Hills courthouse on May 19th 2008. It was just only seven months ago the Fantastic 4 star, Jessica Alba announced that she was pregnant and engaged to Cash Warren.


So far, there is no release of the baby girls name.
