Maria Shriver apologizes again.

Earlier this month The First Lady of California, Maria Shriver was caught on tape driving while on a cell phone, not once but three separate times. This time Maria Shriver has released a statement through her office this afternoon, apologizing for her latest driving gaffe -- parking in a red zone this weekend for over an hour.

Maybe now she's learned her lesson.

What will she do next? who knows, but she did say....

Santa Monica Police Lt. P.J. Guido said tickets for parking in a red zone, which is reserved for emergency vehicles, can be issued after the fact if there is sufficient evidence of a violation. A citation can bring a $61 fine.

Gosselin Nanny Had Affair With Jon Gosselin

Stephanie Santoro the Gosselin nanny admitted to In Touch Weekly that the two of them have had an affair despite Jon Gosselin his claims that he is in love with Hailey Glassman.

Santoro, 23, tells In Touch Weekly that their steamy fling began one night with an innocent phone call where Jon asked her to come over. Santoro says that Jon asked if she could give him a massage, and then he was like, 'my turn.' While we were sitting there, he said, 'Well, I guess we can kiss just once.'"

Santoro says that night, Gosselin told her:

"Whatever you do, don't fall in love with me, because it's going to be impossible for me not to fall in love with you." The two then made their way to Jon's hot tub, where Santoro says she "kept looking at the windows" because she was afraid "one of the kids was going to pop their heads out, but he told me to relax."

PETA has unleashed a brutal attack against Paris Hilton for buying a pet mini-pig recently, claiming she's setting a "wretched example" by treating animals like they're "as disposable as her friends and fiances."
