Jennifer Lopez Suing Silver Cross

Yet another lawsuit in the US, this time it is Jennifer Lopez and lucky hubby Marc Anthony that is suing baby carriage maker Silver Cross.

The lawsuit was filed in a US federal court over unauthorized use of Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony images. It said that the use of their images on the Silver Cross website to market the carriages has caused irreparable damage to both Lopez's and Anthony's public images. What damage did it cause? anyone any ideas?

J-Lo also said that it caused harm to her production company as well as her product and apparel lines.

J-Lo and Marc Anthony believe they have suffered in excess of 5 million US dollars, which they are seeking in addition to both a preliminary and permanent injunction against Silver Cross.

$5 million... shit... how can one get to a figure of $5 million...

Thats right. Jennifer Lopez aka J-Lo has finished her very firt triathlon yesterday (Sunday). The triathlon was in Malibu and then just after she finished, Jennifer Lopez jumped on a private jet and flew to New York to Marc Anthonys 40th Birhtday. What a life !!!!

Jennifer Lopez flew on a private jet to Puerto Rico and Burbank and she never paid the bill.


The flights cost just over $35,000 and Jennifer Lopez has not paid a cent.


The company has tried several times to get their payment but have had no luck.


Now the Avjet Corp have now made their way to the LA Superior Courts and filed a suit.


The company is seeking nearly $35,000. Each flight cost about $16,000, according to the lawsuit, and with interest the bill totals $34,241. An invoice lists the passengers as Marco Muniz — the real name of her musician husband, Marc Anthony — and Jennifer Lopez under the name Jennifer Muniz, along with four other guests.


With the money Jennifer Lopez has, why would she not pay it?
