Jessica Alba has revealed her secret of how she got to her beautiful figure after having her baby.. The answer..... "a girdle"... who would have believed it.

Jessica Alba who starred in "Sin City" had little baby Honor Marie in June 2008 said that her post-pregnancy figure is nothing to do with going to the gym.

"I wore a girdle. Eight weeks after my girlfriend had her baby, you could see her six-pack. She told me to put an elastic band around my waist - any kind of band or girdle works. I didn't recover as fast as she did. I don't have a six-pack - that's just not my body at all."

Either way, with or without a girdle most guys would still think Jessica is one of the most beautiful girls in the world. A least Jessica has admitted it and has nothing to hid about wearing a girdle and she said that she hated working out at the gym after having the little one. She said...

"The workouts were horrible - I cried. And I haven't worked out since."

Jessica told Elle Magazine that the easiest part of having Honor Marie was the labour....

"Contractions aren't that bad. If you've ever had bad cramps? That's what they're like. But that moment when they put the baby on your chest - that's deep. It's a deep experience."
